During quarantine last year (March 2020 - June 2020), I started writing short stories based of of writing prompts that I found on the internet. I thought it could help challenge me and keep me busy during quarantine and after reading through them some I thought it would be cool to share them and see where my life and mind were at this time last year. I'm not happy with all of what I've written, but that's part of being a writer right? :)

What sounds more productive than that?" Quarantine is driving them up the wall. There's only so many days you can spend sitting next to the same person, in the same house, doing the same things before someone snaps... or comes up with a crazy idea on how to change life as they know it. Grace had been through many phases of life, but the one she and Taylor are about to enter together might just be the most daunting (and exciting) yet. She still feels pretty lucky, even if she's downright terrified of what's to come. - An alternate universe to my story 'Stay' and the subsequent one shots, same characters, completely different life. This is the third piece to the 'Camera Flashes' series, following 'The Lucky One'. As with all my stories, this book contains mature themes and sensitive subject matter and is intended for a mature audience. Reader discretion is advised. - This is a work of fiction and I only own original characters and not Taylor Swift, her works or any other living and mentioned people. Persons and or opinions are fictional and not meant to cause harm to anyone living or dead. Do not reproduce or adapt.

I have decided to force myself to write every day. I've tried to start a novel countless times, so I have reached the conclusion that it's better to write short stories. I was looking for Short Story challenges to make it exiting, and I found one that I liked; writing one micro fiction story each day, it doesn't matter how many words it has or what it is about, but, I have to finish one every day. I decided this was the best moment to start, it being march of 2020, and me being in quarantine with nothing to do. This is why this book exists, each day I will write a piece of micro-fiction and post it in this book. I believe that I will get better through time if I follow this challenge. Some day I may decide to stop it, though hopefully it will be in a long time. (by the way, it's not complete but I marked it like that because the chapters don't compliment one-another, so each story is basically done by the time I publish it) -Lilly Rose

This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Some stories will be shorter than others and some may continue over multiple days, but I will upload everyday, no matter the quality. Consistency over perfection. Important Some might be good, some might be horrible. Good thing I'm doing this for me and not for you. I'd be grateful for any feedback though, I have a lot to learn.
