Once two new kids become newsies and a strike begins, Jack and Philippa's friendship and Philippa's hope of having a relationship with Jack gets tested when two girls enter the picture. (I'm not the best at descriptions so read on to find out what happens. This story will also be a combination between the 1992 movie and the Broadway musical.)

He was the leader of the Manhattan Newsies, he took Emma in with the boys in the lodging house. Emma soon became known as Tiger, the only Manhattan Girlsie. Jack took care of Tiger as if she was his own blood she was pretty much his sister and every Newsie knew this. Tiger used a special technique to sell her papers just like every other Newsie. Tiger was a flirt and known for it, it was how she sold her papes. Yes Tiger was a flirt but she swore to herself that she wouldn't get into a relationship especially with one of the Newsies but Racetrack Higgins her best friend took that as a challenge.
