Clementine 'Clem' Creed was an Avenger, her ability to control and create fire has served them well, she's been Steves right hand since he was fresh out of the ice. Clem helped Bucky and Steve in Siberia and inevitably ended up on the run.

Then Thanos happened and she turned to dust, then she came back.
