Katie meets up with her best friend Jaebeom on an island to enjoy a short break in the summer, while she works before going back to university for another year studying Chemistry.
She has always had feelings for him but was rejected once and wouldn't be as bold again. However, his occasional jealous behaviour makes her question his feelings. She meets a new handsome player who seems to be out of character around her, under her charm and in spite of better judgement, she decides to give him a chance hoping to move on from the impossible outcome she always hoped for with Jaebeom.
