In a universe where everyone is born with a black mark on their body, they attempt to search for the one to turn their sad spot into many colors with a single touch. We follow Hyacinth 'June', a musician and songwriter who owns a cafe, and his roommate Apollo, a marine biology major, and a high school long friend. Soon after moving in together, June falls himself falling for Apollo. The problem is there has never been a gay couple in the universe, so why start with them? Pretty quickly in they discover they are each others missing halves and attempt to hide it from the public. We follow the couple and their adventures with their relationship, family, public, and daily lives.

Was this the sign he has been looking for? - River has been a mental health advocate for three years. With his own demons battled, he takes it upon himself to support others. More specifically strangers. He has always found peace in helping those who suffer in silence. When River is approached by a man who expresses his depressive tendencies, he decides to take the broken stranger for coffee, out of fear of what might happen if he lets him go. River tells him to offload, release all the sadness and frustration he has into someone who knows nothing about him. But when he leaves, River can't stop thinking about him.
