After a night of opening up about their traumatic pasts, Tanjiro and Inosuke realize they've slowly been falling for each other--but neither of them are ready to admit it. This story follows them as they work through the confusing emotions of having a first love (with Zenitsu and Nezuko there to help of course). Written in third person. No smut, yes kisses. The mission chapter is pretty underwhelming bc I am awful at writing action/fight scenes my bad lmfao. In turn, she becomes a helper at the Butterfly Mansion and is always attending to the sick and injured. As he spends more time in the Butterfly Mansion, waiting for his best friends to wake up, Inosuke realizes that he gets drawn to Aoi. How is that possible? They fight all the time. "What are you looking at?" Aoi growls. "I use my eyes to look at whatever I want!" Later, seeing Kanao getting together with Tanjiro and Nezuko falling in love with Zenitsu; sometimes Inosuke wonders if a strong man like him doesn't need a woman. He is wrong. He isn't immune to love. Warning: Slow-burn romance. I depict realistic circumstances related to the age of characters, historical period and their respective personalities.
