And well, he wasn't one. He was bullied, he was made fun of, he was slightly depressed, and he lost all hope after being told he couldn't be a hero by his favorite heroine, All mighty. However, he still did get into the UA School, the school for heroines, just not as a heroine, obviously. He was just there cause there was no other school that would take him. But he did become a Hero. Just a hero without a Quirk. After finding a Chest containing Weapons, items, and other objects, he decided to become a Hero, with no quirk. The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. But then one day something changed when after he was bullied and he was at home drawing, his quirk finally showed itself. @JaydenFleisher writes the description for each chapter and I write the story itself

When U.A. High opened its doors for the first time, everyone wanted to go there. With the entire staff being made of top heroes, both retired ones and ones still working, it was basically guaranteed going there meant becoming a top hero.
