Inhabiting the body of her namesake, Kagome finds herself disoriented and at a loss as she is to come to terms with the fact that she has died and now exists in what she once thought was just the fictional world of an old manga her mother had once been obsessed with during her youth.

Surviving in a world where yōkai are very much a danger to be wary of and time-travel is just your average walk in the park, has become Kagome's new reality and if she is to survive, she will need all the luck and ingenuity she can get.
