Natasha was kidnapped by hydra gone for exactly 10 months in that time she had a baby and wrote a letter a letter telling that baby what they were and why hydra created them.
What happens when Hydra uses Bucky and Steve's Dna along with Natashas strength to create the next super soldier and what did that letter contain.
Infinity war never happens neither does endgame so needless to say the purple ball sack will not be an issue
