Waking up with no memories, a girl is forced to fight for her life in a horror building. Death nears, and she becomes even more alien, only to find she had a life before this disaster. But for all she knows, there is something sinister going on.
Why else would she be completely white, and void of color?
What else is the boy who helps her through this strange life hiding?

There is a moment before the dream begins where everything feels still. A breath held between worlds. In that moment, time doesn't move forward or backward-it waits. That's where I exist now. In the pause. In the static. I don't remember the exact day I started to vanish. Maybe it was slow. Maybe I was too quiet for the world to notice. They say the mind protects us from things we cannot bear. But what happens when the thing you're running from is yourself? Somewhere, there's a house that doesn't belong to any map. Its windows never reflect sunlight, and its walls curve so gently that you don't realize they're watching you. There's a girl in the mirror who looks like me, but she remembers things I don't. There's a bathtub filled with water so still it feels like a grave. There's a man I created-kind, warm, and perfectly not real. And there's a truth waiting at the end of the hallway. I'm afraid of it. But I think I've always known it. This story is not a confession. It's not a warning. It's just what happens when the silence gets too loud. ~ONGOING 1st Draft~ Trauma isn't something you're born with, so why does it stick with you for life? Why is it so bad I fear going outside? Fear people? Fear crowds? Fear speaking itself? I've never had much but, with time, more and more kept gradually being taken away from me; my dreams, my hopes, and even parts of myself. Now, the one thing I thought I'd never lose- my comfort. Everything in my life changes when those vile people cut me off, kick me out, and abandon me. Just like they did to him. They took away the last thing I had to bring me comfort- the four walls of my apartment. The only hope I have to figure out what happened to my family is to accept a not-so-pleasing offer and go against everything I've lived my life by. What could possibly go wrong? Trapped In A Blocky Wonderland | Dream Team x Reader
Have you ever felt like you don't belong? Like this place you're in doesn't feel right? Like you should be somewhere else entirely? This isn't right... It's part of a series of novellas I wrote for my players to let them know what their characters are up to. Naturally this means that it was written with the intent that the reader was already familiar with the world.
