Victoria Brock is the younger sister of Colby. She and her big brother did everything together so when their parents forced Colby to do band she joined with him and its where they met Sam Golbach who became the greatest friend she could ever ask for. Victoria grew up surrounded by boys so she naturally became a tom boy. She could easily keep up with her male friends. She'd wrestle, joke, and pull pranks as if she was just one of the guys.
