Imagine you just woke up in the middle of the woods. You're standing still with a backpack hanging from your shoulders, and a seemingly endless forest surrounds you. How did you get here? Why are you here? A hundred questions fill your mind, but you notice a small trail of torn paper that might just answer all your questions.
This is how my story started.

I Made the Bad Boy Go Bad
I woke up this morning completely prepared for the day, right then and there I knew that the day was going to be strange. I never woke up screaming good morning to the world, I was a person who woke up looking like a hobo wanting to punch a wall. I got dressed up for some reason. I think it was mostly influenced by being the only matching clothes I had washed. I threw on some makeup and headed out the door. This is Rylie, she's a sarcastic "bad girl". Typical teenager, she's into her screaming music and she's a social little butterfly. Her life is suddenly flipped around when a new neighbor comes to town. He's a good looking wannabe bad boy, she slowly wraps him around to the dark side. He starts to make an impression on her, what will happen? Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room. I rose to look at the surroundings of the new room I was in. I fell to my knees from the pain. Then a person walked forward and grabbed my face.Terminé
The Winged
Surviving can be difficult when you're only a few inches tall. Fanged beasts see you as their prey, every creature is bigger than you, and the world seems to work against small things. Not to mention the struggles of getting from place to place... but the worst of it all? Humans. Once a year, every year, summer sweeps over the forest. The sun warms the leaves and the damp melts away until the world of the Winged flourishes. Those warm months are when survival becomes the hardest. Drawn by the beauty of the forest, humans of all kind invade the already dangerous home of the small Winged people. Fear of these monsters is shared throughout the tribes. One sacred piece of advice is known: avoid humans at all costs. They know only how to destroy and hurt. ___ Despite the protests of her close friend, Azure accepts a mission that takes her from the safety of her tribe. Things begin well despite her trepidation of the approaching summer months. That is, until she falls right into the hands of the very creatures she feared. ___ Completed! WALKING IN MY SHOES
Madilyn is what you would call a 'nerd', she gets good grades, she's socially awkward and a bit mentally unstable but who isn't? East Blue high, a school that thrives off social status. Unfortunately for Madilyn she's right at the bottom (you know it's bad when the weird kids with crooked teeth and glasses stand a better chance then you) Then we have Zack Rainford, one of those people who thinks he's better than others because he's good at sports, rich and popular. He might as well have been a king with the way girls worship him, teachers praise him, dudes wanna be him. All Madilyn wanted was to get away from him, that would be easy if he wasn't her number one bully. When an incident leaves her in tears, making a dangerous wish that Zack knew what it was like to be her for once, that he'd take a walk in her shoes. Of course she didn't mean it literally but you know what they say : BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. "I can't believe I came out here to get you!!!" I turn around and find Travis standing over me, droplets rolling down his face and neck. He's soaked in water and his jeans look heavy due to the rain. I giggle and shout over the rain, "You didn't have to come out here! I was just trying to prove a point!!" "And you did!!" He replies, rubbing his black hair back, his shirt sticking to him. I look him up and down noticing the outline of muscles in his shirt. I bite my lip and just stare. Goddamn!~ I need Jesus!!! "My eyes are up here!!" Travis says, cupping my chin and forcing me to look back up at him. I blush, as he lets go of my face, "I wasn't purposely trying to stare!!" Bitch, why you lyin'??? Just admit you were staring!! So, just a disclaimer. This is an old story I wrote for my four best friends back in middle school and I wasn't very good (I'm still not that good). I've tweaked it a bit but the plot is still the same. One of my friends, who's in the book, has asked me to put this up along with the sequel for some time now. So, yeah. Enjoy. Oh! And also, the cover is just using cats to symbolize my friends and I. The book isn't actually about cats. Also, the chapters are really short. --------- I've always dreamt of going on some amazing adventure with my friends but I never thought it would actually happen. One day, I'm just working on science homework and the next I'm in the Amazon forest with my four best friends on a mission. Not to mention, animals are disappearing more and more every day. Just Some Old Campfire Story
~My mind finally started to relax, and I could feel my mattress contour to my extremely exhausted muscles, slowly slipping into a peaceful sleep. Buzz, Buzz. I groaned, my muscles protesting as I rolled over onto my side and reached for my phone. "All I want to do is sleep. Just a few hours of sleep, is that too much to ask?" I muttered while trying to squint away the blinding light, scanning the notification glowing on my screen. "Yo you gotta check this out" -Ollie~ Sawyer's best friend, Ollie, is always in the lookout for an easy way to make money. It seems that the perfect opportunity seems to fall at his feet, presenting itself on a golden platter. Sawyer chases after his dim witted friend, his goal to stop him from making a huge mistake. After all, what kind of an idiot takes a deal from a sketchy guy online? Ollie, apparently, because Sawyer has to chase him all the way to the docks where they are to be boated to the woods, where they would be spending the night for a chance at $500,000 each for making it through the night. What could possibly go wrong? But most importantly, will Sawyer, Ollie and their two new friends make it through the night unscathed? IMPORTANT Author's note: I know this book only has 1 part but it is finished! It just has like...80 something pages...so yay...it's long. This was originally intended to be a series of short stories with random topics ranging from action to horror to romance, but then I decided I was making them separate books of their own. So when I wrote this is was supposed to be one part of an entire book so I didn't make it into chapters. I can't be bothered to go back through and dice it up into a bunch of short chapters either so please read and enjoy! "Hey! She already said she was sorry. What more do you want?!" I screamed loudly in his face. His face turned from angry to shocked. No one had ever yelled at him that way at school before. He narrowed his eyes at me."She ruined a very expensive shirt so she needs to be punished for it," he responded, his green eyes lit with hate and anger. "So?! You probably have a million other shirts just like it. You spoiled rich boys have no respect for others. You think you're better than everyone else. Well, let me tell you, you are the worst of the worst." I said. I couldn't believe what I had just said. I realized I had given myself a death sentence as the words flew out my mouth. Duke was quiet for a few moments then he finally replied. "You better watch what you say girly," he said as he brushed past my shoulder. His two buddies following him from behind. I couldn't believe what I just did. It felt so invigorating. I felt as though I had an adrenalin rush. I knew that this feeling would not last for long though because I just gave the H3 a new target. Me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rosette just wanted to have a nice and quiet high school life, however, high school life at Highland High Private school is anything but nice and quiet. Rosette was able to go to this school because she received a scholarship however, the school is run by three rich boys named the H3 (Handsome three). They go around just bullying everybody and anybody who makes them mad. What is worse is when a person is targeted at the school the whole school bully's them as well. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it.
