It's been weeks since Keefe left and what has Sophie accomplished? Absolutely nothing. She's been lying in her bed feeling sorry for herself, trying to make sense of the new and confusing emotions coursing through her. Then terrifying, life-changing information comes to light. Suddenly Sophie is swept up in a disastrous tangle of events, all while trying to fix her mistakes, find Keefe, and take down the Neverseen. But will she be able to do it? Or will her grief be too much to handle?
Keefe has been hiding. He's been moving throughout the Forbidden Cities, staying out of sight, dodging police, and most of all, trying to control his new ability. But just when Keefe thinks he's left the Lost Cities behind for good, a mysterious stranger shows up, claiming to know everything about him and even promising him answers to his past. Will Keefe be able to trust the stranger? Or is it all another scheme plotted by the Neverseen?

After Unlocked, a sokeefe Fanfiction.
Beginning right after the latest Keepers book Unlocked, Sophie returns home to Find Grady suspiciously sad, but never in her mind could she have imagined why, finally she goes up stairs and reads Keefe's (heartbreaking) letter. Will she go after him or honor his wishes? Spoilers if you haven't read Unlocked. But if you're like me and aching to read the next book I hope this fanfic will help you with the wait. This is a Keeper of the Lost Cities fanfiction that takes place right after Exile. I've read all of the books, but I didn't want to place it after Neverseen because Sophie's life is in too much danger then to make this work well. In this story, Sophie gets invited over to Everglen by Biana for a sleepover and Keefe gets invited by Fitz. Then when Sophie slips up and mentions a human game, all chaos breaks loose... --------------------- Please read, I hope to do a good job at it!
