Embroiled in combat with the German Battleship KMS Bismarck, HMS Hood along with HMS Prince of Wales received orders to intercept and destroy the German Pride of the Fleet.

What was supposed to be a simple mission for the publicly perceived 'Invincible' Hood, disaster struck as Bismarck sent the Royal Navy Battleship to the depths of the Denmark Straight with all but three of her crew.

One unfortunate soul was that of Y/n L/n, a simple Ensign in the Royal Navy and only 21 years old. Now resting beneath the waves and bound by Iron and Blood with his home on the waters.

A/N: I claim no ownership of Azur Lane, and this is only my second foray into the world of Azur Lane so do expect this to be subpar to my other works.

He was severe injured and beg for rescue, but the bridge give away and drop him in the river with fallen debris which cause him to knock out. He was rescue by the faction named Iron Blood (his enemy) after been left there to died. Would he become friends in the Iron Blood or become a POW for them against Azur Lane. He name himself KMS Nijmegen after the bridge that he suppose to protect and become part of him.
