Star Wars Superhero (concept)

I'm very interested in Star Wars and Superhero universes alike; I think they share very important, and very similar themes. I wanted to do something that hasn't been done before (at least not in the mainstream).
I love the Star Wars universe because you can literally do anything in it. Despite what many people think, it's not just a Sci-Fi universe. Within it, there's themes of the western genre, pirates, bounty hunters, love, horror - the Star Wars Sci-Fi universe is simply the vessel for all those things. But, to this day, there still hasn't been any Star Wars superheroes.
In my opinion, there's no reason why these two ideas can't coexist in the same universe, respective of Star Wars precedent and lore. As this is such a new idea, I thought I'd try my hand at writing a movie script rather than a novel, as I think there'll be slightly more creative freedom that way. It's just an idea, and I'll be editing and changing names and such as I go along.
