The Hero Commission sends Hawks to spy on the League of Villains. As demanded, the hero manages to contact Dabi. Although, the villain already has a clear opinion about the Nr. 2 he decides to give him a chance.
Hawks struggles to gain information due to the villains lacking trust and the Commission's impatience grows by every week.
The pressure rose and as he gains the villain's trust, personal feelings seem to destroy the facade, he built for this contract.

When the beloved Pro hero Hawks, went missing after a video went viral on the internet of him fighting a new Nomu, tensions rise within the Hero's to take the blame. With no knowledge of his location or conditions, the hero's begin turning on each other.
