Meanwhile, a new arrival in school has easily made friends with all her fellow Gryffindors... except Marlene: determined to befriend the newbie, Marlene insists on spending more and more time with her. There could be more to all these friendships, but with the stress of NEWTS and a potential war on the horizon, will love blossom, or is it too dangerous to keep loved ones close? Mainly Jily, but wolfstar and Marlene x fem!oc slowburn fluff as secondary love plot lines :)
