Di nagtagal ginawa ito ng gobyerno na paaralan at ginawang publiko. Ngunit lingid sa kaalaman ng lahat ay may nagmamay-ari pala nito. Isang matandang lalaki na negosyante ang bumili at umangkin sa paaralang yun.
