Amy was diagnosed with a brain tumor since she was 14 she has five years left to live she's kept it a secret because she doesn't want anyone to worry about her. Amy is now 18 she has one year and 6 months left to live. Sonic is now 20 and on the other hand he never knew about Amy's condition. Amy's one wish is to one day marry Sonic and have kids even though she can't because of her condition. Will Amy's wish come true? And will Sonic find out about Amy's secret she's been keeping from him?

Amy's health struggle
After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. Her usual spark starts to dim as she secretly pushes herself too hard, eating less, sleeping less, and distancing herself from her friends. Though she insists she's fine, her declining health becomes impossible to hide. The team begins to worry especially Sonic, who notices every crack she tries to cover.
