In-betweens are physically bound to the city they died in, and usually stay in their old homes. As an In-between, she is never heard or seen. At least, she hadn't been until a certain, special, sixteen-year-old Artemis Alexander finds her lurking around. Artemis and his big family just moved into the house on the grounds where Dawn used to live. Dawn needs to find out why this Artemis boy can see her. It's never happened in the three hundred years she'd been (not quite) dead. Artemis is your regular kid of science, the one you barely see in the background, and he is far from superstitious. Artemis doesn't believe in anything science does not explain. So how do you think he feels when he begins to see people that glow but aren't quite there? Or how about one that's not quite dead?

Ana is beautiful, loving, all-knowing and lives in an older version of Marie's house. Ana is the best friend one could hope for...that is until she encourages you to pursue a life threatening path. A book loosely based on my life: my relationship with my mother, my father, my autistic brother and my sister; my life in a cult; and my battle with anorexia. Nevertheless, this book is a work of fiction (imaginary friend, haunted house, mystical creatures, paranormal, etc).

She lives with her Grandmother after her mother died soon after her birth. And her mom might've made a deal with a demon to protect her daughter until she dies. So the dark entity is always shadowing her, the little demon over her shoulder. But Delilah loves the demon. He was like the father she never had. And Jasper refuses to admit that although he's numb from the core. He wants to protect her and make sure she's okay. It's just the rules of the contract.. Right? He tries to tell himself that it's just the contract. But when Delilah is taken into the void (purgatory) and left to go insane, Jasper begins to feel things he hasn't felt in a long time.. Love? (CURRENTLY BEING CLEANED AND FIXED.)
