Harry needed a place to live and was getting desperate. That was when he found an ad online with an odd solution. A guy named Louis was renting out his place to someone with a 9-17 job. He worked nights. So they would share the flat (and bed) but not at the same time. That could actually work! So Harry moved in without even meeting the guy. They started leaving notes to each other and Harry was intrigued by the stranger he was living with. Would they ever meet in person? I read a book once (real one, not fanfiction) with this theme and I totally stole the idea. Sorry. Purely fictional. Some smut warning.Complete

The ground was moving underneath his feet, or maybe it was just him. He raised his hand to push him away because no, this wasn't happening, but he felt too weak. The hand was only falling down to his side again. Harry? No, he was too nice. Maybe he was taking him home? "Are you taking me home?" he whispered with a slur, his eyes fluttering closed as he stumbled into Harry. He could hear his heartbeat. It was beating quickly. "Yes," Harry whispered back, taking his coat and put it over Louis' shoulders through his blurred vision. He had no idea what was even going on. Where they even in the café still? It sounded like he was underwater, colors jumping around before him. "I'm taking you home, love." My personal opinion: I have to warn you: this is a heartbreaking, but beautiful story. In the beginning I wasn't quite sure if I was going to like it, it was quite boring to be honest, not much happened. But I am so glad that I did not give up on it. It was definitely worth the wait. I believe the writer just really took their time to create a good relationship between Harry and Louis, which I really can appreciate afterwards. It is also exceptionally well written! This fanfiction had me feeling many emotions. Confusion, anger, happiness, sadness, all were covered in it. It even had me throwing things across my room and yelling out of frustration upon the ending😂. It does have some sort of an open ending, so if you do not like that sort of thing and just want a happy ending, this is not for you. It isn't a bad ending though. All with all, this story is I think definitely a must-read if you're into this sort of thing. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will definitely read this again in the future.Complete

Louis tried. He really did. He tried so hard to only love him as a friend but he couldn't do it. Not when Harry was so much more than a platonic 'mate'. Just because of that it cut so deeply when Harry had to rest everything on these three words. A Larry Stylinson fanfiction. mature because: language mostly because Louis Tomlinson is the main character and he swears a lot. There's also a lot of smut like really seriously a lot.
