In a seemingly ordinary world governed by a single omnipotent king, the world order is maintained by a formidable military force comprising five branches: the navy, army, coast guard, air force, and marine corps. Commanded by powerful generals unmatched in raw strength, the military's authority extends across the entire globe, constantly in pursuit of individuals known as "Specials."
Specials possess extraordinary abilities, and under martial law, they are mandated to forsake their previous lives and join the esteemed military. Those who refuse this fate become hunted runaways or members of the daring rebel alliance, the sole opposition to the military's dominion. The rebel alliance, led by the enigmatic and fearsome Dante, wages an unrelenting struggle against the military's iron grip.
However, beneath the surface of this tumultuous world lies an elusive organization responsible for every disaster, shrouded in mystery. Their identity and motives remain unknown, leaving chaos and uncertainty in their wake.
Amidst this backdrop of intrigue and strife, a young boy named Christian emerges, fueled by an unyielding determination to reshape the world and claim the title of king for himself. A mysterious, ancient-looking gate appeared in Washington, D.C., sometime in the 21st century. From the gate poured out monsters, knights from medieval Europe, and other fantasy-like beings, and they began a systematic slaughter of the citizens of the U.S. capital, laying siege to the White House. For the first time since the War of 1812, the streets of the United States became a battlefield. Due to their unrestrained arrogance, the Empire of Sadera immediately sought to claim the lands on the other side of the gate. However, they would soon realize just how inferior their own military truly was. Once the U.S. military mobilized, they attacked the invaders with their advanced technology, forcing only a thousand of them to retreat while killing or capturing the rest. This unprovoked attack on U.S. soil, not seen since September 11th, 2001, would be known as the "Washington Incident." In retaliation, the U.S. government sends the United States Marine Corps to the alternate world beyond the gate, thus beginning the American-Saderan War. The year is 2030. The United States of America is enjoying a relative peace time. While there are still tensions around the world, the U.S. has managed to avoid any major conflicts. That was until a mysterious medieval-looking structure appeared out of nowhere in the middle of Washington D.C. Suddenly, the nation's capital is under attack by a medieval-style army and creatures only seen in fantasy stories. This mysterious army, however, soon realizes that they stepped on the dragon's tail. This story is based off the anime/manga series, Gate, but follows a different storyline and characters. I do not own Gate, but the story and characters in this story are mine.
World Circuits
A whole world full of energy gives people powers. Powers called "Circuit Arts", give people different abilities. With unlimited possibilities, some range from turning invisible, to shredding people in an instant by looking at them. This world isn't inhabited only by people though, there are multiple races, and monsters of extreme power called "Blights". The oldest ones alive, look just like people, fitting in while massacring those who oppose them. The story begins as Riley, Lux, Val, and Esme try to kill the Blight organization called "The Children of God" and their journey towards their goal. - - This story is being made by three people, Night, Wolf, and AnonymousMood48.
