After a freak accident, figure skater Grace Bennet's life is over, or so she thinks. After a chance meeting with a hockey player, she realizes she might not have to give up skating entirely. Hockey star Callie Thompson has always dreamed of playing pro but has always been shot down because of her gender. The District 5 varsity high school hockey team is in desperate need of players, which gives both girls a second chance at achieving their goals. When District 5 recruits an ex hawk, things begin to spin out of control for Grace. Will District 5 be able to work out their differences and finally find success? Will Grace and Adam be able to work together, or will their history keep them apart?
