This story takes place in the modern world. Except....it's not so normal... This modern world has many Mafia groups and gangs within it. All over the world. It's about power. Like our world their is a hierarchy. Ofc their are presidents, judges, police officers, normal citizens, etc... but the mafia world is a little different.....if you are in a Mafia you are giving your life away. You can die at any moment no matter who you are. If you are found working for a Mafia you won't be shown mercy by a lot of people. Mafias are that huge since a lot of them fuck with one another trying to destroy the other but their are this crimes that are caused by them. Tons of murders are from Mafia attacks. Robbing is something that happens because of the Mafias. What's crazy is you could walk past a Mafia leader and have no idea. The world stays away from Mafias as best as they can but those who don't either make it or break from it. Everyone wants to be the top.... sadly one Mafia group is stopping them..... the 'Night Hallows'.... they are the BIGGEST Mafia group in the world. They have over 300 members. What makes them different is that they experiment on children. They kidnap or bring their own children into the Mafia to be tested on. They do this in trying to create weapons. Many of them end up leaving their children to die if the tests don't work. This happens with multiple teenagers. They grew up being tested on, tortured, etc. Eventually their parents who just happened to be the top members of that Mafia throw them away because they show no signs of anything. Little do they know they have released unstoppable weapons into the world. Not only that but being shitty parents made them HATE them. When they get older they all form their own Mafia. They swear a promise to overthrow the 'Night Hallows' to not only stop them from killing more children but also to get revenge on them for what they have done.All Rights Reserved

The story revolves around a group of people from all over the world: Madleine and Marik Winterfeldt, siblings by choice and Gene, a young noble living in the old Holy Empire of German Nation, a nation riddled with magical infested rifts as literal scars of war, and in continuesly danger of being at war again with it's powerful neigbour, The Holy French Empire of the Sun. On the other side of the planet, in the United Kingdom of America, magic abled people have more possibility to work with their "blessing", if it is viewed more useful. This means to fight against giant beasts from faultlines, that have strange connections to rifts. There is a band of people quite successful with it and one in particular is celebrated like a popstar: Hades, (self-declared) God of the Underworld, trying to survive a world where the only worth a person like him is how much money he generates for the large companies called "guilds". It's a world ruled by chaos. A mad world indeed.

This girl had magical abilities. She was so powerful she didn't even know all of her abilities. They kept the girl drugged, and locked away in a room that couldn't allow her to use her power. After some time, the brothers had fallen to pity the girl. She looked to be a young adult. But how could mafias soften themselves like that? Not even they could answer that. Eventually, they decided that they would take her as their own. Then they could become a powerful mafia on their own. They were able to successfully kidnap the girl, but they fell in love with her. They never wanted to harm her in anyway. They decided in the end she would become their youngest sister and they would join smaller clans to keep her safe. It all went well until the clan they joined kidnapped one of the brothers.

In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!

She didn't have powers so was treated as an outcast, rejected by everyone including her own family. They shunned her and soon banished her from not just their home but the whole magical realm. Now she lives in the human world, going about her everyday life like an average person. She's left her previous life behind and that's just how she likes it. Unfortunately for her, you can't escape your past forever. No matter how much she protests, magic will always be a part of her life, hiding in the shadows, undetected but still there.
