Tommy and Louis are brothers in their senior year of high school. Tommy is intellectually behind and Louis is looking after him, helping him get through high school. Although taking care of Tommy blocks him from doing the things he wants in life. Louis longs for having a steady relationship and finding himself. While Tommy learns the how the world really works.
Louis finds himself falling for Harry but is afraid that taking care of Tommy will tare them apart. Will they be able to be there to support Tommy together or will it get the worst of them in the end like Louis' fears?

Harry is a good kid, he does good in school, his sister and mum support him with being gay, and he looks good in the outside, but, Harry has secrets that he's hiding from Louis, his best friend of 6 years. And not just him, but everyone that knows him. Harry loves Louis, but doesn't know if Louis loves him, mostly because of how he see's himself. Louis is a kid with a big heart, but, he grew up with a father who would beat him and his mother. His father was an alcoholic who wanted Louis to be a man and not do anything that he found girly, like doing dishes, crying, cleaning, etc. his father then finds out that he is hanging out with a boy, which he didn't like.
