You know there are some things in this world that you can't explain? Yeah that's soulmates. Your probably wondering what am I talking about? I am talking about someone that will be by your side through thick and thin. Read on to figure out.
Marinette Dupain-Cheng a 15 year old girl about to be 16 who has been betrayed,belittled, and beaten just because of a liar. She wonders all the time if her soulmate will treat her like her classmates or sometimes she even wonders if she even has a soulmate.
Damian Wayne a 15 your boy about to be 16 who has been through so much but doesn't show it. He was told he would never have a soulmate and if he did he had to kill them. But then that soon changes on his 16th birthday.
On your 16th birthday your eye color will change to the color of your soulmates. If your eye turns gray that means you don't have one. If your eye color does change you will most likely start a small rivalry with you soulmate in the beging but you will get over it and begin to love each other.

Daminette/ Marin Fanfiction: My Story

Fallen Angel
Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Jason Todd have been best friends since they were little kids, before Jason fled to the streets of Gotham. Both raven-haired kids grew up with identical pasts and backgrounds, and both connected with each other because of it. The two honorary siblings quickly became adoptive siblings after Jason fled to the streets after his dad went to jail and mom died, thanks to Sabine Dupain-Cheng adopting him at Marinettes begging and pleading, much to Tom Dupain's anger. Jason had Sabine and Mari's hearts and love for him, and the two had his, but never had Tom's, not that he cared. He hated the man because of the way he treated Mari and Sabine, which was like his bio father did to him, and Tom hated him because he'd lived in the streets and wasn't biologically part of the Dupain-Cheng family, so he got treated the same, but the abuse was 10x as bad. All Jason and Mari cared was that they had each other, and that they would be ok if they had each other by the other's side. But everything changed when Tom had finally had crossed the line, and that was the line that would change the siblings forever. 10 years later, Jason was adopted by billionaire Bruce Wayne aka Batman, has 7 other adoptive siblings, and is Red Hood... whenever he isn't traveling the world, looking for his beloved Pixie Pop. Marinette thinks her older brother is dead, and she lives alone with Tom. Hawkmoth is defeated, and the young Gothamite is broken beyond imagining. Can Jason, and maybe the rest of the Wayne family, bring the light back into her eyes and help her? Or will everything get a whole lot worse for her and Jason? After years at Hawkmoth's mercy, Marinette has decided that enough is enough and is reaching out to Batman, the detective of detectives to help her track down the villian's true identity. What better way to do this than a field trip to Gotham? Damian, the bloodson and heir to both the Cowl and the Demon's Head, wants nothing to do with the French Class who has won the Wayne Enterprises Summer Internship, yet his father insists he needs better interpersonal skills. He supposes it won't kill him to try to work with this supposedly skilled class president if it means that everyone will get off his back for being 'aggressively asocial' (although he will still keep NDAs on standby). A seal of fate, a blood right, and a hidden prophecy lead Marinette and Damian on a rollercoaster of emotions, humourous misunderstandings, and comeuppance -- and marriage?! ___ Basically my attempt at a soulmate AU, full of just about every Damianette cliche and trope I can think of. Have you ever wondered what it's like being the only Kryptonian on earth without powers? It sucks. I'm Marinette Martha Kent. Yup that's right I'm the daughter of the man of steel....and I mostly take after my mom, so I'm utterly completely human. The worst part of being my father's daughter is I can't be a hero. His excuse is I don't have powers while there are heroes such as Green Arrow and Batman. An alien with no powers equals a worthless alien, and the entire justice league knows it to after all my father said so. At least I have my brothers who believe in me...
