Masotus: Earth's Prophet Boy

Masotus Kyote always believed he was destined to fight alongside his mother as a warrior underneath Chief Kyote Falloe. When his Chief and Seer Apelles revealed a life-altering change in his destiny, Masotus was thrown into a cloud of doubt for his Goddess Gaeia. Sentenced to a spiritual journey beyond their tribe in search for his true self and enlightenment, he must travel through untamed lands of thick flora and wild fauna.

The world you know, is gone. In the near future, humanity made a lethal error in developing new technology too advanced for our other tech to keep up with nor the older science in use. After technology almost destroys the world, a satellite in orbit was activated with an irreversible timer, counting down five years to the day it would shut down all previous electrical devices. destroying what we could and disabling what else we could properly before it was too late, humanity did its best to work around the clock to rid itself of technology and prepare knowledge for the next generations.

Centuries later, in the year 2685, the continents survived, however, their countries and cities are nothing but myths. What people remain have advanced their own ways of living, with primarily only border skirmishes and fights over religion. Many formed tribes, other chose to live alone, and survive alone.

Masotus Kyote, of the Kyote Tribe, must leave all that he has known and the land he calls home, to travel on a required spiritual journey in search of his true self identity, and his faith in the Goddess Gaeia before he may return and take on his tribal duty as Prophet.
