Everyone has their ghosts.
Actions they regret, things they hate, people they've lost.
Even ghosts have ghosts.
And those ghosts remain on the plane of life, anchored until they can let go of the past.
Casper made a deal.
In return for sending 101 troubled ghosts to the afterlife, a grim reaper has promised to let him see someone again. He is willing to do anything to fulfill his goal and outrun the shadows of his past. Even if it means cooperating with a lazy grim reaper who cannot remember their past, and whose only skill is getting on everyone's nerves. Recruiting the intimidating, rule abiding model student of his class and a quiet pretty boy who seems to have a knack for attracting undead spirits to work with him, Casper is more determined and sure than ever.
But ghosts aren't the only thing they must face, as life can be brutal and unfair and twisted. Despite their differences, that's a fact-they realize-all of them can agree on.
But maybe, just maybe, with each other, a heaping pile of hope, and the tiniest bit of luck; they can all move forward.
Even when it feels like the end of everything.
