Clovel Natashia Garcia is not your typical girl. Everyone close to her calls her Sheya. For all 11 years of her life, she's lived in a hospital, diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)-an incurable illness that requires constant care and medication. Because her parents are always busy, she remains confined in the hospital, often left alone.
Sheya has never truly experienced love-not even at home. Her parents only visit when their schedules allow. Maybe that's why she writes stories with tragic endings. Writing has become her escape, her way of finding peace-if only for a little while.
On the other hand, Jackson Rob Min is an ordinary boy who often hides behind humor. He's the type who jokes around and doesn't take life seriously-or so it seems. Deep down, Jackson is struggling. He suffers in silence, and the only reason he keeps going is his brother, Ken.
Then, fate takes its turn. Sheya and Jackson cross paths-two broken souls unknowingly searching for something, or someone, to hold on to. And as we all know, we can't control how or when we fall.
But as Jackson begins to spiral into darkness again, history threatens to repeat itself.
