When you're looking for fun and games, the hospital parking lot is definitely not the right place. But if you are in search for an equally miserable company, then maybe the spot by the gutter is the perfect location.

Ligaya has always been wary of strangers, but the mind is hazy when you're anguished. Upset, hurt, and desperate for a catastrophe, she does what her mother--who is in a coma--always warned her not to do: talk to strangers.

Pulled together by fate and bonded over the same misery, Ligaya and Echo share each other's pain, fears, and hopes under the light of the parking lot's lamppost. And together, they wish for a miracle to happen before dawn.
