(Y/N) is just your average bakery employee, working to pay for rent after his parents kicked him out. Well, he's as average as you can get with police just letting murderers roam and cryptic entities wander the earth. He sees many strange folks each day, but two always catch his eye. The first is a lanky boy with Tourette's Syndrome and a distinct scar on the side of his mouth. The second one is another lanky boy, this one with skin as white as snow and a permanent smile. The grinning boy is rather rude, whereas the other is nice. What will their interactions lead to? Read this story told through the eyes of (Y/N) to find out!

"You. Have. A. Crush?" one of my best friends looked at me like I was some kind of an alien from outer space. The shock on her face made me regret telling this to her. I then gave her a sheepish smile but honestly, I despised that look on her face or on anybody's face. Hey! I'm a person too. Am I not allowed to have a crush?! "Oh shut up and let her finish!" As his escape, he goes to a bakery for hours a day to calm his mind, but things change when a new boy who moved is hired. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, George decides to open himself up to the new boy, Clay, while at the same time, Clay slowly starts falling for his new best friend, George.
