A My Hero Academia Fanction
Makoto Todoroki wasn't always a Todoroki, sure she was born into the family as Shotos twin sister but as a small baby with little hope to live due to complications her father paid the hospital to "get rid of her" and tell his wife she was lost in delivery.
While the LOV plotted, and class 1-A trained, Makoto was living in Paris a life that ended up much better than it would've if she'd grown up with her birth family. Touya, having suspected his fathers cruelty had been searching for the sibling on the down low, and ended up finding her. Explaining the unjust actions of their father, currently #1 Hero, and recruited her to the LOV.
There, she was sent into UA as a spy into class 1-A.

He still seems to love her even when he is mad at her for something as small as asking a question. If they hadn't met, nobody knows what life would've been like for this girl who just so happens to be an ex-sibling of one of the most mentioned villains in the series.
