My voice caught in my throat, my heart pounding uncontrollably. My binder choked me as my tear-streaked eyes looked up from the ground and landed on the soft glow of the phone screen. I could feel Wilbur's gaze through the screen as he asked me the question that had haunted me for the past 7 years. "Are you trans?"
Y/n is an 18 year old transman. He knew since he was 11, when he came across a coming-out video of a transman. His family is extremely transphobic, and he knows if he ever came out, he would either be kicked out or sent to conversion therapy. Both were horrible options, so he had kept it under wraps.
But then everything changes.
What happens when he falls in love with his online best friend, who also happens to be famous twitch streamer, Wilbur Soot?

Wilbur is a young, trans masc teen. He is out to his parents, and they fully support him. They've bought him binders, let him cut his hair, and gotten him other things to help him transition. The town they live in though? Not very supportive. When they first noticed Wilbur out in public with his parents, people thought they had adopted, only to find out that he was indeed the young "girl" that happily ran around the small town with the other kids. They weren't too happy. The whole town, although small, is very homophobic and transphobic. Wilbur and his parents are the only people that are part of/support the LGBTQ+ community. On September 14, 2009, on Wilbur's thirteenth birthday, he and his parents happily spend the day together in their small home. However that happy day turned into a not-so-happy night. Two unidentifiable people break into their home, kill Wilbur's parents, and abduct him. All because he's trans.
