Izuku Midoriya was gifted with a strange yet powerful quirk called Aura Manipulation, a spiritual type of quirk that gives him uncanny abilities. Being the son of Inko Midoriya a.k.a The Magnetic Hero, Polaris, Izuku decides to follow in her footsteps and become a great hero like his idol All Might. Teaming up with a girl who can defy gravity, and a boy who can use fire and ice, Izuku's journey to be the next No 1 Hero begins! She emits a golden energy from her body, and can use it as a long range attack or other types of attacks. This golden energy also has the power to heal, but it takes a lot out of her. Using too much of the energy (quick flight, large scale attacks, healing) can make her nose bleed at first and give her a fever, or can lead to internal bleeding due to a severe spike in body temperature and blood vessels bursting. This only happens if the quirk is pushed way beyond its limit.
