Lydia's family is all a part of the LGBTQ+. Her mom Rachel is lesbian, and her dad, Adam is gay. They divorced when they both realized they don't want to live their lives a lie. Soon after Lydia comes out as lesbian, and her twin brother, Jeffrey came out as gay. Lydia starts dating a pansexual girl named Westlyn. Westlyn's mom , Stella, starts dating Rachel. Which immediately starts to bother Lydia and Westlyn. If there moms' get married they will be sisters, and it would be awkward to date each other then. But they love each other. Rachel wants to adopt another kid, and adopts a boy named James, who is a year younger than Lydia and Jeffrey, and is straight. How will James react to having an all gay family?

Noah moved to a new town just a few weeks before school starts back up again. He meets a few people on his bus and they end up best friends. Then it hit him like a rock. The boy from the party was leaving the notes. The bell rang and before Logan could say anything Noah was gone.
