Beneath The Light of a Dying Star
In these pages, the world is both light and heavy-sometimes in the same breath. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Swoosh - a book of breezy poetry
Some of the least poetic poems you'll ever read, written by, you guessed it, me! These are some thoughts and feelings that I tried to put into words. I started writing poetry regularly back in January, so the poems in this book kind of tell the story of my life in 2018, since that's when I wrote them (except for the first seven poems, which I wrote in the summer of 2017, plus a few others that I indicate are old). Some of them are kinda random though. Warning: contains whining about my ex, anxiety, being nostalgic, and being very emotional. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. This book doesn't follow a common theme; it's simply a collection of whatever came to mind. Ever wanted to step into the mind of a delusional teenager?
