156 years after a nuclear war. Everything seems the same in this world except for one thing. Except for one in forty people has a power.
This story follows 2 groups of vigilantes, The New Roses and The Bloodied Rose. Both vigilante groups are suspects in a hero's kidnapping, the hero is not very powerful or high-class, the hero known as Goyang-i. This 'investigation' of Mythin (Goyang-i)'s kidnapping is being done by a villain... a hight tier villain known as Naja Naja.

A little peek into the book,

They locked eyes "What do you think about The New Roses and The Bloodied Roses?" Reaper asked an offhanded curiosity coloring his expression.
Alren saved the article to read later and put his phone face down on the coffee table. "They're similar in some ways, both groups, or rose bushes you could call them," he said with a light laugh, Reaper smiled "want to put away villains, or in the case of The Bloodied Roses," he got serious, his smile dropping "kill them. They both don't seem to care about where powers come from or that none of the members have any, that anyone knows of that is. But they have very different methods and ways they go about their plans and vastly different sets of morals. I like what both groups are trying to do but The Bloodied Roses are... a bit extreme, ... and their moral code is impossible to... well, in all my reading I don't know what it is."
