Dahlia Woods- a victim of The Capitol, alike the past population of tributes collected for the televised death match held annually. Unexpected circumstances led to this strong-willed, not-so killable seventeen-year-old girl to volunteer for the 69th Annual Hunger Games- an eventuality she had never considered despite sourcing from a Career District that trained their young. Pitted against what seems like the entire world in one arena- Dahlia only trusts herself and her Mentor- the heartthrob of Panem. She, however, isn't amused or charmed by his flirtatious spouts- until she's left with only his support amongst the carnage.
