After the untimely death of one of their closest friends, Gemma, Liam, Maeve, and Nazik decide to pay homage to their late friend by entering the battle of the bands to win a scholarship to Juilliard for graduate school.
The only problem: they don't have a singer to put them on the map.
Enter the new girl, Jazz Khen, who rooms with Liam and Nazik. But the new student isn't all Jazz is. When Nazik and Liam find Jazz's demos, they become convinced she's the fitting addition to the group.
Little do they know that being a friend of Jazz entails a wild ride, and her singing is just the beginning of a litany of secrets.
