In a world were 80% of the population is gifted with an extraordinary power of some kind called Quirks, heroes and villains run the streets. Every kid wants to be a hero... well every kid but one. All throughout his childhood, Izuku Midoriya wanted to be a hero, but everyone says he can't. His friends turned on him when he was Quirkless. Powerless. Useless. Soon, the little kid who loved heroes started to hate them. But with the help of a certain God of Death and a specific vigilante, Izuko learns a new purpose of life. He shall purge this world of the fake heroes who use their powers for their own gain.

I grew up wanting to be a hero... A hero that could save everyone. A hero, smiling to reassure others, like All-Might! The greatest hero! This world took that away. This world is pain. Izuku's idol, Allmight has crushed his dreams. All because he doesn't have a quirk he couldn't become the hero that he wanted to be. Izuku's re-thinks about his dream of becoming a hero. "They never said I can't be a villain now did they?" With his fellow villains in the League of villains and his newly found comrades he gives pay back to all the fake hero's.

Izuku was depressed finding out he cant be a hero thanks to his idol made him rethink but then he suddenly develops his quirk while on the beach Now with a new power he will need the skills to be able to become the hero he wanted to be

During a trip to the mall with him and his mom, a villain attack happens. Izuku develops his quirk while trying to save some people. Unfortunately, his mother did not make it, but his actions and quirk did not go unnoticed. Or Izuku is taken in by the hero commission and is taken into the Hero Public Safety Commission's Paragon Program.
