    I look to those around me. My team, my closest friends, were all on the brink of death. We had fought with all we have to save a group of friends. A group I was almost certain were now dead.
    "Are you saying we're family?" The girl on my right asks.
    "That's what the quote means, we did choose to be together." I reply.
    "I suppose this is a better family then the ones we've got." Says another teen from a few feet away.
    "We are family then, from now on." My retainer says.
