Underground Hero Rairyu! (Izuku x Kirishima)

Summary- Izuku has been bullied and abused by children since his quirk developed at age 5 (most quirks appear at age 4 but Izuku was a little bit of a late bloomer), his quirk developed at school suddenly and caused the teachers and students to panic because he had no control. His parents were contacted but only his mother showed up and she got him to calm down and control his new power. From that day forward the children called him a monster and a villain.
As he was finishing middle school his mother was gravely injured in a villain and hero fight (can you guess the hero?) that caused his mother to go into a coma. He aimed to join U.A. High School and the hero course there, he wanted to show heroes that they should protect the people not just go after the villains. The attack that put his mother into a coma also made him mute, he has a nasty scar on his neck from debris slicing through his throat and vocal cords, the one who saved him from death was none other than Eraserhead. He was taken to Recovery Girl before he bled out but she could not heal his vocal cords.
