Farseer Falling
Nuadan Bahad has lived for millennia fighting the enemies of the Aeldari. An experienced Farseer, he has served the Craftworld Ulthwé and their fight against the forces of Chaos for as long as his memory has distinction, and it doesn't seem like that will stop any time soon. Warhammer 40k: a long journey
Questions often do not produce answers, the curiosity behind it is what motivates the progress to search for them. That's why he's so curious about everything. Why? Why is he here? why did they bring him to life? why is he so different from the other? Sometimes, he wondered about it, he wanted to ask his father, the Emperor...but maybe, maybe he doesn't need to. A story of a "man" who has no other choice but to fight and suffer alongside his people throughout history. Will the endless cruelty of the universe subdued him? Will the boundless madness of the dark gods and creatures of the warps break him down? He doesn't know, in fact, he doesn't know a single answer...but right now, it doesn't matter to him anymore. The galaxy is still burning, Tasks are at hand and will he be able to finish his father's wish? He'll find out on a long journey. A story set in the Warhammer 40k universe that I entered into the recent Black Library submissions window. A Planetary Defense Force squad led by a former Imperial Guard trooper are sent on a mission to a seemingly innocuous facility in the vast forests of their home world. Before long, the true nature of the situation at Facility IX becomes clear, and the squad are in a fight for their lives against a terrifying and insidious enemy.
