One day, a bomb goes off in a hotel, and an officer is killed on campus! Friends become enemies, and enemies are friends. Scotch is determined to find the culprit before any more citizens die at the killer's hands or paws. But as he and his friends dig deeper, the problem might be bigger than anyone had ever expected.
