Story starts off when Deku is in his 3rd year of junior high. After Deku's mom died and no heroes even tried to save her, Deku gave up on trying to be a hero living off of the money he gets from sex and just trying to get through this cruel thing we call life. Izuku Midoriya is sick, but chooses to ignore his symptoms. As the day moved forward his condition gets worse.
