edit: i wrote this when I was 10 or smth so it's extremely cringey 5 years after the war ended the Avatar team are living a normal life. Katara thinks her love for Aang is one sided, but their story is just beginning. This story is mainly about Katara and Aang but he others (Sokka, Suki, Zuko, Toph, Ty lee, Mai and Azula) play a part in it. (There is no Zutara in this story) Hope you enjoy. Avatar: The Legend Reborn - Book 1: Hope
The Legend Reborn is a story I wrote in late 2014 about the Avatar after Korra. After the release of the Legend of Korra follow up comics I went back and added references to the events of the comics but didn't change my story. Following the 2021 announcement of Avatar Studios I decided to share my ideas since it's very possible Bryke could decide to continue the Avatar Cycle and render my story implausible. I hope they instead decide to go backwards (possibly a Kyoshi series) since there are also many other great fan projects that would be rendered implausible by a Korra sequel (notably The Legend of Genji, a project very different from my own but has my respect and admiration). But who am I to disagree with what Mike and Bryan do with their own fantastic universe. ATLA: Bonds Within Bending
welp I'm pretty sure the title says it all but I'll write a cheeky description anyway just because you're looking so cute today. It's a modern world but filled with bending. The Gaang you know and love have busy lives in the big city, this is their story, how they meet there, their emotions, what relationships build and crumble. What happens when the Avatar makes an appearance? Much like my last story this book will have multiple POV's of most characters. Speaking of the characters they are all young adults, ages 22 and up. I intend to stuff in a whole lot of drama, chaos, fights, sadness and soppy romantic moments so you and I can be thoroughly entertained, I'll try my best.
