The Secrets We Keep and the Lies We Tell

Ella is not sure how to keep moving forward with her family's house and few scarce acres that she was left when they passed due to the plague. She finds herself becoming lost in the books that she once held at a distance, looking at the heroines to provide her with the motivation to keep moving forward, that was until she came across Castiel and his brother Harry.
In this whirlwind romance, Ella finds herself lost in the lies, deception, and romance that all started with her encounter with the two royal brothers.
Castiel wants nothing else than to protect Ella and keep her safe from the game that his brother Harry is playing, while Harry views Ella as a pawn that will secure him power and the throne.
Ella cannot see the game that is being played ahead but when the castle becomes a chess board and her life and freedom is the main prize, who will she trust and what secrets is she willing to keep?
