It also includes information on meditation, lucid dreaming and spirituality, and how those things tie into shifting! This was originally a google doc, which can be found in the link of my TikTok bio @claireshifts111. I've adapted it to Wattpad so that it is more accessible!

So I will basically Shift and then put it in a Story. Basically like my shifting diary but published. I shift to Hogwarts. I enjoy reading these types of books on Wattpad so I thought I would do it too.
