Aphrodite is a princess from a faraway Queendom in a mystical land filled with tall jagged cliffs, sparkling sapphire oceans, lush flowering trees and delicious fruits. She has it all, safety, family, servants, and all kinds luxuries, and a beautiful castle by the sea. She can't deny that her life is lovely, and wonderful... but she still feels a small emptiness, a longing for something deep inside her.
A longing for adventure.
So when infamous pirates plunder close to her home and the captain is captured and brought to court, she can't help but listen in, and be drawn in by the drama and the talk of the sea. The very differentness of the pirates strikes a chord within her and she goes mad with curiosity. Obsessing about their lives and stories. But as obsessed as she was, she would never have believe the events and actions she would take that would lead up to her ending up on a real pirate ship. (Hint: she isn't kidnapped)
