Izuku Midoriya, the quirkless nobody, the societal reject, the freak, the mistake, had been dead for almost three years now.

There had been no trace of him except his red shoes, his letter and the puddle of blood the police identified as his at the site of an abandoned building that was set to be demolished later.

But the emergence of a new information broker almost a year later sure is suspicious. Especially when he seems to be the most reliable source around and seems to balance both ends of the world at the tips of his fingers.

The man who runs this whole network in Japan is just a mere boy of fifteen, known to the underworld and heroes alike as Fujishima Sai. Or just Sai, as he likes to call himself.
